Elle Flanders Nuit BlancheVisual Arts alumna Elle Flanders (PhD ’14, BA ’88) and her collaborative art practice ensemble Public Studio present their latest new media  work, Zero Hour at 2015 Scotiabank Nuit Blanche Toronto. Created with Lebanese artist and poet Etel Adnan and sound artist Anna Friz, Zero Hour is a meditation on weather, climate change and the effects of northern extraction on the southern hemisphere. The 360˚ video projected inside a custom-built geodesic dome reflects not only the sky above, but also the words that have come back in protest. Experience Zero Hour at 90 Queen’s Park in front of the McLlaughlin Planetarium on October 3, 2015 from sunset to sunrise. Get more info about the installation here.
